Last lent I went off the grid. I got a dumb phone and began the process of detoxing my attachment to my smartphone. This experience changed my life. It ordered my habits. It rewired my brain. It made silence, interior peace and prayer possible.

Now, I am inviting you to detox your smart phone - to turn off the noise, constant notifications and promotional clutter and prayerfully surrender to the Lord - with me, in solidarity and friendship with other women.
